1. Appearance: white or off-white powder, odorless and tasteless.

2. Particle size: the sieve rate of 40 meshes is ≥ 99%.

3. Softening temperature: 135-140°C.

4. Packing density: 0.35-0.61g/ml.

5. Decomposition temperature: 205-210°C.

6. It is dissolved both in cold and hot water, but generally insoluble in most organic solvents.

7. It is without precipitation when hot or boiling, but with a wide range of solubility and viscosity, that is, non-thermal gelation.
